Petrol Station ERP · Getting started

Prepare a Petrol Station ERP deployment

ZidiCore Petrol uses an approved isolated deployment model. Infrastructure, registration, readiness and access must be confirmed before staff attempt to use the system.

Updated

  1. Prepare the station structure

List each station or branch, tank, pump, nozzle and fuel product using the names staff recognize. Confirm how each nozzle maps to a tank and product.

  2. Prepare operational starting information

Agree on current prices, opening tank measurements, meter readings and the date and shift from which digital records will begin.

  3. Define staff and payment methods

Prepare attendants, supervisors and managers with individual access and the station payment methods that will be recorded.

  4. Complete readiness approval

Work with ZidiCore to confirm the isolated deployment, signed health status, approved registration and access configuration. Single sign-on is available only when the deployment is authorized and ready.

  5. Run one supervised shift

Capture opening readings, representative sales and payments, closing readings and a reconciliation before full launch.

Before you finish

  • Pump, nozzle and tank mappings are verified.
  • Opening measurements were approved.
  • Users and roles match station responsibilities.
  • Deployment readiness and launch access are confirmed.
