Run a controlled hotel or restaurant shift
A consistent shift routine keeps guest service moving and gives management a reliable record. Adapt these steps to the modules enabled for your deployment.
Updated
Start in the correct business and user context
Sign in with your own account. Confirm the property, service area and operating date or shift context before entering activity.
Keep room and order status current
Record supported check-in, stay, check-out, table and order changes when they happen. Send orders to preparation where the kitchen workflow is enabled.
Settle through the correct payment method
Confirm the guest bill, record the actual payment method and issue the configured receipt. Do not mark a transaction paid from memory or a handwritten note.
Escalate exceptions
Use the approved manager process for discounts, voids, corrections, stock adjustments and unusual receipt reprints. Preserve the original history.
Review before handover
Check open rooms or orders, supported payment totals, unusual actions and inventory exceptions before the next team takes over.
Before you finish
- Open guest or service items have an owner.
- Payments match the methods actually received.
- Exceptions were authorized and documented.
- The next shift received a clear handover.
